After you click Submit, the information is saved on YZ-Shield's website server, used only for needs assessment and follow-up contact, and viewed by authorized administrators. Drafts remain in this browser until submission. Do not include customers' private information, identity document numbers, account passwords or other sensitive information. Before a formal assessment, confirm information boundaries, authorization and receiving channels.
